To meet the demand from its French clients located aboard, the ATALIAN group began developing its European network in 2001, which now extends to nine countries in Europe, Lebanon, Marocco and Mauritius. ATALIAN offers local clients the multi-service / multi-technique offering and at the same time its detailed knowledge of the economic social reality in each country.
A structured international network
ATALIAN international coordinates the network of subsidiaries outside France and supports its expansion. Understanding of the specific national features and stakes is a key success factor, which means that each facility is directed by local management and can tap into Group specialists to help implement new services or provide training for local teams. Monthly reporting with country directors ensures effective steering of activity. ATALIAN international structures the implementation of its international network around three axes:
- Acquisition of and equity stake in local companies
- Adaptation of its quality system internationally
- Creation of decentralised quality, purchasing and legal divisions
