History

1944 Technique Française du Nettoyage established by Paul Julien. Business: hygiene in industrial, agri-food, service, hospital and multi-site environments.
1977 Lancry Sécurité established. Business: security.
1994 Lancry Hôtesses established. Business: reception.
1999 TFN Group establish - Franck Julien appointed chairman of the management board. TFN Group consolidates hygiene and security business divisions under a single brand name.
2000 Launch of technical activity: Business: multi-services – multi-techniques.
2002 Launch of construction activity after acquisition of Lagrange. Business: temperature control, coverings, plumbing.
2003 Creation of MTO (Optimised Technical Maintenance). Business: Facilities management – multi-services – multi-techniques.
2006 Expansion of reception activity with the acquisition of Hôtesses et Grooms de Paris. Business: corporate reception, events, airports, sales animation, etc.
2007 Launch of hygiene activity following acquisition of Celt’Hygiène – Végétal Services and AHMP. Business: pest control, air hygiene and waste treatment.
2007 Launch of landscaping services with the acquisition of Pinson Paysage. Business: arrangement and maintenance of greenery.
2007 Reception activity: exclusive partnership signed with City One Group. Business: corporate reception, events, culture, airports, sales promotion and animation, etc.
2008 International expansion with the Group’s first subsidiaries opened in Spain, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
2008 Expansion of landscaping activity with the acquisition of Prost Paysage in Lyon and Paysages Environnement in Toulouse.
2009 Launch of transport activity with the acquisition of Logismark and Star. Business: Transport, Logistics, Chartering and Handling. 
Acquisition of Veolia Propreté Nettoyage et Multiservices (subsidiary of the Veolia group) and of Eurogem (Icade subsidiary).
5 November: name change: TFN Group is renamed ATALIAN.
2010 Acquisition of EKUS and KADUS in Croatia.
2011 Acquisition of AGOM and ATLANTIS in Belgium, KAF Facility in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
